Julia Chang

PROGRAM MANAGER

Julia Chang is a Program Manager for the Qualtrics XM Institute. She leads the operations for the XM Pros community, the monthly newsletter the XM Journal, and supports the XM Institute’s data research and associated reports. Julia also assists with content creation and publishing, and the XM Institute website. She graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Science in Information Science.
