As part of our recent Global Consumer Trends study, we asked respondents whether they expect to perform 13 online activities more, about the same, or less over the next few months.
We found that reviewing bank account balances has the most online momentum with a score of 46. Fifty-one percent of consumers expect to do it more in the coming months, and just 7% expect to do it less. At the other end of the spectrum, taking exercise classes online has negative online momentum, with just 31% of consumers saying they expect to do this activity more and 33% expecting to do this online activity less, for an Online Momentum score of -2. Use these insights to understand how consumers expect to change their engagement levels through your organization’s digital channels.
